We are staged, and awaiting your phone call!

Unless you have a crystal ball, you can’t possibly know exactly when you’re going to suffer from a fire, or a pipe break, or a flood.  These things happen at random, many times in the middle of the night, on the weekend, holidays, or just before the start of the big game.  Or while you’re gone for the day at work.
