Stephanie is the hub of the operation here at SERVPRO. Her knack for organization and efficiency keeps everything running smoothly. Stephanie has been with us for over 5 years, and previously held administrative leadership positions with the University of Hawaii and the University of Iowa. She also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University Hawaii. We are pleased and fortunate to have Stephanie on Staff.
Dave Mason
David Mason is our Vice President of Operations for SERVPRO of Bedford Park / Burbank. Dave's tenure with SERVPRO dates back to 2006 when he coordinated 90 franchises as a BDP Business Development Program Specialist for SERVPRO Corporate. His dedication and exemplary work has resulted in a substantial number of accolades, including the prestigious 2024 SERVPRO National Franchise of the Year award, numerous Extra Mile Awards and the 2014 Outstanding Service Award. He leads our Commercial Large Loss unit and our elite Disaster Response Team. David has built a national network of contacts throughout the restoration industry spanning his tenure. His knowledge, personality, and drive make him a valuable member of our SERVPRO family.
Elvira Martinez
Elvira is our Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Bedford Park / Burbank, she joined SERVPRO in 2013. With over 9 years of experience in customer service and in the office, successfully manages the daily operations of our demanding office, organizes job scheduling, prepares payroll, helps with our social media, while also assisting to ensure that all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation.
