Mold remediation in a Chicago home

This room had water damage, and the homeowner tried to dry the affected walls and structure himself, by using box fans.  It turns out the fans weren't drying fast enough, and mold was beginning to colonize.  

The homeowner called SERVPRO Bedford Park / Burbank out to remediate the mold, and we went to work immediately, drying all wet materials and taking care the mold.  

This homeowner was excited that we can do such fine work.  Also, we hope that you can learn from his mistake; using box fans will help keep you cool on a summer's night, but it isn't quite powerful enough to dry wet structure.
