Fire/Smoke Damage at an apartment in Tinley Park, IL.

A cutting board caught on fire in the kitchen of this apartment and even though this fire wasn’t as big as some others, it was sufficient to cause smoke damage throughout the apartment.  SERVPRO of Bedford Park/Burbank immediately went to the loss site to do the inspection and provided the customer with an estimate, shortly after we also contacted the Insurance Adjuster and provided him with the scope of work, the customer then authorized us to start the cleaning process immediately.
