Removing only affected moldy drywall

After flooding rains hit the Chicago area, water intruded in this basement, affecting the walls and structure.  The homeowner was on vacation when the storms hit.

Upon their return, they were greeted by the moldy walls you see here.  The homeowner envisioned that we were going to have to tear out ALL the walls and literally start from scratch, starting with the framing.
