Mold found in a vacant home

Recently, a real estate agent called us to check on a vacant home that had suffered some water damage from the heavy rains.  We came out, inspected, and found mold had begun to grow behind the baseboards and on to some walls.

We removed the affected walls and trim, sprayed an antimicrobial on the framing and surrounding floors.

The real estate agent was impressed by our quick response, and that we were fair with the pricing and protocols.  Once the walls are fixed, and trim replaced, the home would be back on the market again.
